Rajamanickam Tours and Travel Services Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Car / Tempo Traveller / Mini Bus Booking:

3 Days Before Cancel the Booking – full Advance Amount Refund
2 day Before Cancellation the Booking – Advance Amount Of 50% Only Refund
1 Day Before Cancellation the Booking – No Refund (or) Postpone the dates 1 Month Only Valid

Note: Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least 2 Days prior to the scheduled booking

Tour Packages Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Tour Package Refund Policy:-

45 days period to arrival: 10% of the tour/service Cost
30 days period to arrival: 20% of the tour/service Cost
15 days period to arrival: 30% of the tour/service Cost
10 days period to arrival: 50% of the tour/service Cost
Less than One week No refund
Es specially X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable
No Refund will be payable for any missed or unused services of the tour due to whatsoever reason.

Note: Tour Packages for Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least 10 days prior to the scheduled booking

Note: Once cancelled, we will credit your account within approximately Four business days
